A way of presenting the sausages, is rolling on something sweet, usually angel hair. It is not bad and the contrasts of flavor is much appreciated.  

They are also very rich using fruits, and although the most typical melon (for ham), for the meat of game is better handle, but this is incompatible with the garlic and tomato.
