Recipe of cecina with Valdeon blue cheese quiche, recipe easy and traditional ingredients of León.

Ingredients:

1 shortcrust pastry

1 cream for cooking 200 gr.

1 egg Cecina from León 200 gr.

Valdeón 100 gr.

Pepper

blue cheese

salt
