CUPCAKES SALTED OF CURED MEAT AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

• cured meat cubes

• 60 g cheese semicured into cubes

• 2 tablespoons oil

• 2 eggs

• 100 g flour

• 7 gr

• 90 g Baker's yeast 2 tablespoons oregano

• 80 ml milk • pinch of salt

decor:

• semi-cured cheese grated

• cecina Taquitos

we preheat the oven to 170 º and prepare the cupcakes with 8 papers sources. Mix the flour with the oregano, yeast and a remotely of salt. Beat the eggs with a whisk and add the oil, stirring constantly. Add milk and beat until you have joined. Add the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until the mixture is homogeneous. Add the cheese and the jerky and mix gently. We distributed the mixture among molds for cupcakes and bake about 25 minutes. Once done, add grated cheese semicured above and a little jerky and so melts a few minutes. Let tuning five minutes into the mold and then moved to the grid. As they are it is best freshly made cheese is melted and... are nam!
