Amber very clear and white when it is crystallized. Aromatic and sweet.  

Properties: Hepatic stimulating effective that favors the decongestion of the liver. Indicated for ulcers of digestive and dysmenorrhoea. Not recommended to hypertensive since it is a little invigorating.
