All of the products we produce are of the Bierzo, pack them to the "natural", without preservatives or colouring, using water bath for its conservation; in the case of cherries, these are also preserved in brandy of el Bierzo.
We want to get to the table of our clients virgin raw material so that you can appreciate great aromas and flavors that gives us our land.
You can visit our industry from June until November, epoch in which we collect the fruits offering us berciana Earth with which we make our artisanal preserves.
